Build on Caltra
Caltra is the runtime cloud for products that need to run agents without building their own isolation, tenancy, and durable execution infrastructure.
The platform is currently in early access. The operator app exposes account setup, organizations, workspace visibility, and tenant-user management. Runtime projects and production capacity are provisioned with the Caltra team while the self-serve surfaces expand.
Get started
- Open app.caltra.dev and create your account.
- Create an organization for the product or team that will own your Caltra resources.
- Contact hello@companyhelm.com to provision your first environment and workspace.
- Add tenant users when your application needs stable end-user identities for agent activity.
The resource model
Caltra keeps platform users, who sign in to operate the Caltra control plane, separate from tenant users, who interact with agents through your product.
| Resource | What it represents |
|---|---|
| Platform user | A person with a Caltra account who administers organizations, workspaces, and agents |
| Organization | The administrative and billing boundary for your team |
| Environment | A deployment boundary inside an organization |
| Workspace | An isolated project or customer-facing agent surface inside an environment |
| Tenant user | One end user in a workspace, optionally linked to your own stable identifier |
Read Organizations & workspaces for the hierarchy and Tenant users for identity guidance.
When your product is ready to authenticate its own users, Product user authentication covers direct Clerk OAuth and provider-neutral client authorization.
What comes next
The runtime model explains how Caltra separates durable conversation state from execution workers. For commercial access, see Usage & billing.
